We are looking for a team Manager to come and work within one of our call centre teams. You will be responsible for leading the team to success by motivating, encouraging, training and developing your team. Your typical management duties will include completing team administration, setting daily objectives, carrying out quality control checks, coaching team members and leading meetings. You will continually develop your knowledge and skills and will be given the chance to prove yourself in a management position in one of the most exciting and innovative consumer finance companies in the UK.

Your typical management duties will include completing team administration, setting daily objectives, carrying out quality control checks, coaching team members and leading meetings. You will also deputise in your manager's absence. After a period of time you will be moved to another Assistant Manager position elsewhere in the business or be assigned to a special project team to further develop your skills. Within the customer services department you will be responsible for assisting our customers over the phone and ending the call knowing that you have done your utmost to leave them satisfied. Calls are not heavily scripted so you will have to be able to think on your feet and deal with a number of situations including general queries, handling complaints and diffusing difficult situations.
